Save the Date! Indigenous Cultural Knowledge Event: Plant Medicine

Nov 6, 2025

Date: Monday, December 8th
Time: 6:00pm to 8:30 pm
Location: Songhees Wellness Centre

We are very pleased to have Robynne Edgar join us to share her knowledge and experience. Robynne is a Traditional Medicine educator and holds  certificates in Herbal Medicine, Human Physiology and Northwest plants. Robynne has completed two apprenticeships in traditional medicine, however attributes much of her knowledge to the generous teachings shared with her by Elders and the communities she has worked with over the years. In 2020 she incorporated her own business, “Wild About Plants,” focusing on the revitalization of traditional medicine in Indigenous communities.

Registration will be sent out to SIDFP Members in the coming weeks.
30 spots are available for this experiential learning event.
