Learn More About How to Help Your Patients Manage Stress, Mindfully

Nov 6, 2025

BC Association for Living Mindfully (BCALM) webinars

BCALM is a non-profit organization offering MSP-funded Mindfulness Based Stress Management courses in BC since 2013. Nearly 3000 community patients with anxiety, depression, chronic pain and other stress related disorders have taken the Art of Living Mindfully (ALM) course which teaches mindfulness, meditation and CBT strategies.

Please join Drs. Krista Stogryn and Mark Sherman for a 45-minute webinar describing the program, referral process and benefits. During the webinar, Krista and Mark will offer details on how the program works and describe some of the benefits they have witnessed in patient participants.  After a brief synopsis, there will be ample opportunity to ask questions

BCALM has two dates/times available so you can choose the one that works best for you.
