BCalm (BC Association for Living Mindfully) accepts referrals from across the province for its MSP billable, evidence-based 8-week program: The Art of Living Mindfully.

Led by trained physicians, this program supports adults (20+) facing anxiety, depression, chronic illness, pain, insomnia, and more. It blends mindfulness, meditation, CBT strategies, and self-compassion practices proven to improve wellbeing and reduce stress-related symptoms.

Why refer?

  • Covered by MSP.
  • Delivered online (and in-person in select communities).
  • Patients commit to 8 weekly sessions plus daily at-home practice.
  • Safe and effective for suitable patients not in acute crisis.
