Well-Being Index – Available Now!

Feb 6, 2025

We have partnered with the Victoria Division of Family Practice to launch the Well-Being Index (WBI) for our community. This simple, confidential, validated tool helps you gain personalized insights on your well-being, access tailored resources, and supports a healthier physician community.

How to get started:

  • Access the Index – Download the App (search for My Well-Being Index) or access online and use the invitation code: DIVISIONSWBI
  • Sign up – Creating an account takes seconds.
  • Complete your first assessment – Get meaningful insights in just a few minutes!

Why Use the Well-Being Index?

  • Personalized insights: Understand and track your well-being over time, identify areas for growth, and access tailored resources.
  • Quick and confidential: Your results are private and only for you. The Divisions will only see anonymous aggregate data whenever the sample size is large enough to ensure privacy.
  • Community impact: Your participation helps us shape Division wellness initiatives that address shared challenges.
