Our Executive Director, Paul and Board Co-Chairs, Dr. Alex Kilpatrick and Dr. Mark Sherman, are extending an offer to meet with clinics in-person or virtually for an open discussion and to discuss how best the Division can support clinics and members moving forward, as well as provide an opportunity to meet Paul personally.

• Preference of a virtual or in-person meeting

• Suggestion of 2-3 dates that work well for you

• Number of people at the clinic wishing to attend the meeting

• List of any dietary restrictions or allergies of those attending
