Applications for both the FPSC Team-based Care (TBC) grant and Minor Tenant Improvement (MTI) grant have been on hold as FPSC worked to review and improve both grants. The revised FPSC Team-Based Care grant incorporates both grants into a single grant, with shared eligibility criteria, application form, and payment processes, that can be accessed directly by FPs effective today.
