Thank You! Care Transitions: Reconnect & Recharge – Nurturing Wellness Together

Feb 4, 2026

Thank you to everyone who woke up bright and early January 31st to join our Care Transitions: Reconnect & Recharge – Nurturing Wellness Together event. We were delighted to host the event in collaboration with Victoria Division of Family Practice, Saanich Peninsula Physicians Society, and South Island Medical Staff Association. Set against the backdrop of beautiful Oak Bay Marina, the morning was led by speakers Drs. Alicia Power, Sarah Lea and Lawrence Yang. Participants shared laughter, experience, connection—and of course, fabulous food! It was wonderful to see so many physicians taking time to recharge and support one another.
