The Steering Committee has approved the addition of a new PCCP and a new model that grants increased access to PCN clinics.

An Expression of Interest process for a Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist will soon be launched. Clinics interested in obtaining or retaining access will need to submit their EOI for review.

More information will be emailed out soon advising on process, timelines and support available for clinics. Until the process is completed and the new models are stood-up, status quo will remain.
