Island Health Service Reporting – Information for Clinics

Jul 29, 2026

Starting Aug 4, 2026, Island Health is implementing a standardized reporting process for Island Health-employed PCN nurses and allied health professionals working in PCN clinics. The goal is to provide consistent information about services, workforce capacity, and team-based care activities across clinics/PCNs while meeting provincial reporting requirements.

Through the South Island PCN partnership, the South Island Division of Family Practice has been engaged in the development and rollout of this process to support a collaborative implementation approach.

This reporting will be done daily by the PCN clinician in each clinic.
