Registration is open for physicians for Cohort 17 of the Family Practice Services Committee (FPSC) Leadership and Management Development Program (LMDP) delivered in partnership with the Simon Fraser University (SFU) Beedie School of Business.
Please submit a completed application by email to Amanda Roberts at divisions@doctorsofbc.ca. The application deadline for FPSC LMDP Cohort 17 is September 9th, 2026. All applicants will be informed about the status of their application by September 23rd, 2026.
Eligibility
The FPSC LMDP is open to physicians who are in a leadership role within their Division of Family Practice or who are planning to be in a leadership role in the near future. There is space for up to 35 participants in Cohort 17. Please apply as soon as possible. We do our best to offer space to at least one eligible physician per Division, with additional spaces depending on capacity.
Schedule and Location
The FPSC LMDP Cohort 17 will run from November 20th, 2026, to May 29th, 2027, in-person at the SFU Morris J Wosk Centre for Dialogue in downtown Vancouver.
Please note, applicants are committing to participating in all 10 days of the program; the specific dates can be found in the program brochure. Additionally, program participants can expect up to 1.5 hours of pre-reading or video viewing prior to each module.
