Health Point Care Centre

Seeking permanent family physician to work with seniors. The family physician would join an established multi-disciplinary team of RNs, NPs, FPs and supportive office staff. Responsible for providing care to older adults in the Victoria area through virtual and in-person patient visits. Health Point Care Centre management is provided by Island Health. Applicants should have sound knowledge and experience in community family practice and a strong interest in working with the elderly.

We have a team of 3 GPs and 4 NPs, along with a team of locum physicians and NPs.
We also have 2 Primary Care RNs, and a team of Medical Office Assistants.

Health Point Care Centre is located within the Hillside Seniors Centre, adjacent to the Piercy Respite Hotel, and the Yakimovich Wellness Centre.
Hours of operation: Mon-Fri from 0800-1630.

Health Point Care Centre offers primary health care services to people 55 years of age and over.

• geriatric assessment and care
