Avalon Health Clinic is a new physician-led, multi-disciplinary clinic opening in Saanich101-4400 Chatterton Way (Victoria), BC .

Founded by Dr. Dennis Y. Kim, MD, MMEd, FRCSC, FACS — trauma surgeon, intensivist, Clinical Professor of Surgery at UBC, and Medical Director of Trauma Services at Island Health — Avalon brings together family physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals under one roof.

We are building a clinic that practices medicine the way it should be practiced: longitudinal, team-based, and centred on the patient. Family physicians at Avalon work alongside colleagues across surgical pre/post-operative care, brain injury rehabilitation, and ICU recovery, with full administrative support and a purpose-built clinical space designed for patient flow and clinician wellbeing.

This is an opportunity to build a practice aligned with your clinical interests inside a supportive, well-resourced team. Full-time, part-time, and flexible arrangements are available.

Monday: 9am-5pm; possible evening hours on request
Tuesday: 9am-5pm; possible evening hours on request
Wednesday: 9am-5pm; possible evening hours on request
Thursday: 9am-5pm; possible evening hours on request
Friday: 9am-5pm; possible evening hours on request
Saturday: TBD on request
Sunday: TBD on request

Avalon provides full administrative support — HR, accounting, payroll, EMR admin, billing, and IT — so physicians can focus on patient care.
