Practice medicine in a collaborative, community-focused environment
Shoreline Medical Society, a community-based charitable organization, is seeking a full-time family physician to join our team-based primary care clinic in Sidney on the Saanich Peninsula, British Columbia.
Shoreline was created to strengthen access to primary care in our community. Our model supports sustainable family practice through interdisciplinary teamwork, strong administrative support, and meaningful connection to the community we serve.

Your Practice
At Shoreline Medical Society, you’ll join a collaborative team where people know each other, support each other, and genuinely care about the work we’re doing in the community.
You’ll be able to focus on patient care, with strong clinical and administrative support around you.
You’ll work alongside:

•Social workers and mental health/substance use counsellors
•Clinical pharmacist support

• Dedicated administrative & billing team
•Flexible scheduling and panel development

In practice:
Your day is supported by team-based care with shared follow-up, and coordinated planning, so you’re not carrying the full weight of care on your own.
